Well here's the 120/70/14 front mounted on rear with tread reversed so you know what it looks like, I featured it on my thread. When the 120/70/14 rear for the 2019 shows up I'll get one of them. And here's a comparo pic of the city grips in (L to R) 90/90 front, 110/80 rear, 120/70 front, and 140/70 rear side by side

I REALLY wanted a 100/80-14 for my front tire, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I settled for the normal 90/90-14.. Maybe next time they will have them. It might be time then to swap out my back tire to a 120/70-14.

I love Michelin City Grip tires, and I know nothing about Street Pilots. When the time comes that I have to replace my rear tire, I am not sure if I would switch to Street Pilot or not. It is something to think about.

Huh, I would've thought that was the preferred tread direction for use as a front tire. Flip it around and the siping would channel water towards the center rather than away.
The Pilot Streets look nice. I'd definitely try one as a front tire. The City Grips have that unbroken center section, so look like they'd wear longer for a rear tire.

Hey all.

Don't really want to pitch in on socio/political points as I sure they're forum prohibibited and devisive (spelling?) (we ____________________ and you _________________......blah blah blah)

but I will tell you this, if you fit the wrong sized tyre to your scoot it will give you an innaccurate speedometer reading and may invalidate any insurance claim you or your left behind family may try to make.

This is a scooter forum and just like us 99% of people in the world we are well intentioned and rational lets stick to keeping our wheels rollin?

I know we are all good (if not perfect) peeps so lets act like it, even when the those in charge have their heads up their arse!!
