Hi
I have bought a security lock similar to one in the picture. I am wondering if it can cause any damage to the breaks since it will be pressed all the time while locked.
Anyone have any knowledge about it?
Thanks for your replies.

Re: grip lock

It'll give us an idea of where you're from/what country you purchased this grip lock in.
I have a grip lock and it looks a bit different than yours. I like mine! I don't worry about the short periods of time that I place it on my brake lever. Shopping, etc.
Do you have other pics of yours or a link to add here for us to get a closer look?
Like the inner side/parts of lock?

Re: grip lock
I have one that looks like the one I am providing the link to. I use it when I go to the store as well.

Re: grip lock
Yeah that is a great idea and going to also add a disc lock and carry around a chain when there is a good place to anchor it. 268lbs isn't that hard to pick-up.
