Could be a few things, failed relay, wrong bulbs, knackered switches or wiring.
Worst case it could need a big strip down to fix wiring.
Get the seller to fix it prior to sale.
If seller refuses to fix there's no shortage of other PCXs for sale.

Turn signal relay.. Check all wiring connectors for looseness /corrosion. Its location is under the meter panel. Unplug and spray with electronic cleaner all connectors . Re connect and test. You can also jump the terminals, turn ign. on and see if it works. If not replace.

GN2 is right, easiest thing to do is to get them to fix it or look at another.

As easy rider has said the likely issue (if non of the bulbs are working) is the relay. It's a quick fix.

I'd take the risk if I could knock down the price enough. No indicators, no MoT ;) ;)

Humph. On a 2016. I thought that little issue was fixed when they went to the ESP design in 2011 or 12.

Must have been really badly corroded. Sorry that you made yourself so much more work and expense.
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

Maybe you used the wrong type of hammer? :D

The centrestand arrangement is farcical, there's no provision for lubrication and it isn't even listed in the service schedule.
If riding in wet weather the stand pivot needs constant attention and the centre stand needs to be used frequently or it WILL seize.
