Reindeer jockey?? That reindeer has a hump in its shoulders so it kind of reminded me of a camel with antlers..

"Camel Jockey!" Hysterical! Perfect example of "Do You See What I See?"
As We age "We" see so many everyday thingies differently. Must be the "lighting," hey Mel?. No worries, Tis All Good! Just Makes living "...Very Inter-Resting." (Who said that? It had me laughing every time!)

Sing it!! "Santa got run over by a camel..." Now picture that silly Kids! :D

Battery operated snow shovel?? Ok, I know I have been away from snow a really long time now. Never heard of it. Anything like a person in a battery operated warmup suit shoveling snow?? Back when i was young there wasn't anything battery operated that had to do with shoveling snow. Just us.

WN, where did you get it from. I ordered one online but it turned out it was from a fraudulent company that sent me a $1.99 automobile ice scraper. My credit card company stood behind me, went after the company and then refunded me the money.

Here is what we are talking about Mel. There have been electric ones for years. I have only noticed the battery operated one this year, although they may have been out longer.

Thanks for the heads up kram. Boy did you get a surprise! Sorry to read that. What the heck, an ice scrapper? Just Nasty!
I'm not sure if the battery one I bought is the same as your "expected" one but....

Mel and kram I got this one, called The Snow Joe: https://www.qvc.com/Snow-Joe-iON-24V-Co ... c=PRODFEED
No snowfall yet, but soon I'll be experiencing Joes throws.

Wow, times are changing! When I was a kid the only snow "throwers" were us, and if there was a snowball involved nothing really got done. :-)

 Mel's got a new avatar! Wots that, The Grinch has a kid?

About snow throwing, spot on! "We" did all that and then some!
We built tunnels in all that snow that plows left roadside. Those tunnels we crawled and hid in went up and down our street. We also made the tallest hill and became kings 'n queens of the mountain - that No One dare to climb! We built walls and forts to protect ourselves whilst firing our "handmade" snowballs at the enemy (none of those plastic thing-a-ma-jigs the kids use today. Have you seen them? They "form" the snowballs for them! (Geez, what fun is that?)
So yeah Mel, Right On!

WN, do you remember the days when the street cleaner came by in the center of the street and blew snow over other snow on the cars parked on the sides? If you didn't move your car before that, you probably would not find your car until the snow melted.

I grew up in Nebraska, where -29 F was a normal temp for mid winter. We knew someone with a VW bug that we would turn over onto its roof and slide down the icy street to a different spot and then turn back over! He never knew where his car would be next. Oh, such fun. Lots of work to do this, but lots of fun too.

WN, you didn't know that the Grinch had a son?? I think he is from one of his many marriages that didn't last very long. Some women didn't like his Bad Boy attitude. Some did...for awhile.
