When I was a kid somebody handed me down a book that was full of pictures like that. Upside down . . . downside up. A lot of fun at the time. Hardbound too. But somehow like old toys it got worn out and tossed. Wish I still had it to pass down to my kids when they were growing up.

WN - Sad to hear about Doris Day. She was a fixture in the Hollywood movie scene for decades . . . almost a century! Years ago she did a film with Jack Lemon and Ernie Kovacs ("It Happened to Jane") that had scenes shot up at Chester, CT . . . just a few towns up the road from me. The scene in this video clip shows her running into a building at the center of Chester. It's all about trying to get a train load of lobsters to market before they spoil and keep the rail line in business.
