You should be able to compare part numbers on a site like Partzilla. That would be the safest way to confirm.

As far as I know Honda did not change the tire sizes until recently, and the rim sizes should be the same between a 2013 model and a 2016 model.

It might or it might not.
There wasn't a 2014 or 2016 UK model.
The part numbers for 2013, 2015 and 2017 are all different.
