I am not sure that there is anything for under that amount, but for just over that amount you could send for the NCY variator, drive face, and 13 gram rollers from this site. They ship internationally. You will be responsible for duties though.
Keep in mind that if you have more than 5,000 miles on the belt it will affect your top end.
