Checking engine light flashes 9 times

The check engine light comes on for a few seconds goes off and then flashes nine times when I turn on the ignition does it with two different ecu's in two different harnesses just can't figure out this stupid bike

Do you have a service manual? I believe chapter 4 covers the codes (4-15 should show you the blink meanings).

Yeah the bike will crank over but will not start up I think what I did is I plugged in the throttle body wires to the stator connector and the stator connector to the throttle body so I don't know if I fried the sensors on the throttle body or not I don't know if it will actually stop it from starting with the check engine light on

9 blanks is supposed to be the IAT sensor circuit high or circuit low but I don't know if that would stop the bike from running

Was it starting before you replaced the throttle body?
