I am installing an Arrow exhaust system that includes the header pipe. This manual is a little vague in how to and which body panels to allow access to the header pipe at the cylinder head. Also a search of YouTube did not bring up a clear way.
Does one have to remove the right floor board to access the pipe?
Thanks for any assistance.

I didn’t have any plastic to remove when I changed out my malossi header pipe. Just a hand mirror underneath and a socket extension..

Re: Removal of 2014 Forza header pipe
I would be slightly scared to remove my header. I would be worried about the stud bolt shearing off.
I would spray a good penetrating oil on the nuts and leave them overnight.
I recently sheared off the muffler bolts on my Honda Powered Toro lawnmower. I had to drill out the studs and now the muffler is barely held on with new (used) bolts. I could not get the right ones locally.

Re: Removal of 2014 Forza header pipe
On my MY 14 Forza 300 there is a plastic underbelly that prevents me from getting to the head. So, I was thinking that to access the header pipe, I would need to remove the right floor. Mine is cracked anyway from a previous owner and I have ordered a new one from Riva MotorSports, so, I will do both at the same time.
This past weekend I and a group from ModernVespa - MP3 page did our Fall Gathering at Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, VA and I took the Forza up there.
I must say I am impressed with it. I plan to ride it in the 2020 Scooter Cannonball Run in July, Bar Harbor, Maine to Eureka, CA

Bravo !!! - I hope it works out that you can - would be great to see a newer Honda do this as well as the older 250 Helix scoots.I must say I am impressed with it. I plan to ride it in the 2020 Scooter Cannonball Run in July, Bar Harbor, Maine to Eureka, CA

Re: Removal of 2014 Forza header pipe
There were several Honda Forza 300s in the 2018 event. One caught my eye and I decided to get one and retire my Piaggio BV250ie which I has started on two previous SCR.

I think if you stand on your head and look up you can see the header bolts.
How is the new system?
