Re: Who Knew....
The first steam powered motorcycle . . . an 1869 "Roper".
Ground clearance is lacking for sure.
Just goes to show you what can develop when someone reaches outside of the box and goes for broke.
Don't forget back then there were piles of horse manure in the streets and no speed limits.

Re: Who Knew....
Getting out "there" riding on Country roads is a favorite pastime on our PCX's. If lucks on our side we may come upon an old bridge or barn, perhaps both. We pull aside looking for our camera! Bam! Preserve that moment. You then grin thinking, Dang! What a Day I've had Today!
Speaking of Red Barns, Who Knew? Not I

Re: Who Knew....
Nope . . . it's not a Ford "Festiva" (a.k.a. Kia). It's a "Honda City Turbo" (hence the Hot Hatch tag).
That said, never judge a book by it's cover . . . avoid suspicion by doing the obvious . . . all that glitters is not gold . . . one for now and one for later.
Brilliant indeed. And I guess you could say the manifestation of a pregnant idea . . .. that really delivers!

Re: Who Knew....
T'is true . . . but for a limited time only '72 to '74 . . . the Honda CB350F. "The" four cylinder Honda 350 that was only in showrooms here for 3 years.
Oh yes Oh yes Oh yes . . . they really did exist.
This video . . . a bit long winded but extremely informative . . . done at the New England Motorcycle Museum in my home state of Connecticut. I've got to take a ride up there one of these days.
If you're are a Honda fan . . . you're gonna dig it!
And just for effect some nice ear popping vibes from the RC166 (and I'm not talkin Cola here). "The" six cylinder Honda 250. Wow . . .!!!
