Rugged machinery!
It's good that you've got places to use it where you live.

Good effort but it looks like your camera is stuck on "telephoto" or something . . .. Did you ever use an edit feature in Windows?
First thing though is to always make sure you have one or more "backed up" extra copies of your original photo file in case you decide to edit a copy and screw something up beyond repair. Always keep your backed up copies in a separate folder so there is no chance of accidentally deleting or changing them.
Try editing or resizing in Windows "Paint" perhaps? You can find it in "Windows Accessories" by clicking on the Windows Start Button (looks like a window pain on the lower left of your "Task Bar" which for most people is chosen to be located at the bottom of the screen). You will have to scroll down . . . the features are listed alphabetically. When you get to Windows Accessories click on that to drill down and you will see "Paint" listed there. Choose (click on) Paint. Open the photo file in Paint and go from there . . ..
You can also get to "Paint" other ways.
Here is a link to a "How to" page for using "Paint". You have to scroll way down to get to the resizing a photo instructions. But on the way you will see how much you can do with the program.

Good luck!
Others can chime in here as well with any tips. I'm not an expert.

"Who's Zooming Who?" (rip Aretha)
Sometimes it's as simple as this....
And I know it's such an obvious question, but here goes anywho.
Are you by chance taking pictures with the "zoom" feature "zoomed" in on your objects/subjects?
"Zooming" will do all the wrong that you're seeing in you photos above.
You're Too Close my friend, our noses shouldn't be touching
Go Look at your camera (
or were these taken using your mobile phone?) No matter, check and correct the setting if you find Zoom (too zoomed) or full throttle
Please say it was as simples as this (praying emoji)

Looks like you had a good ride in that Winter landscape.
Snow covered icy spots can be a real hoot!
