Yesterday was another day of review ... Brake oil (dot 5.1), antifreeze g12 (pink), engine oil (Castrol racing 5w40) check rollers, strap, pads and lights .. It is ready for another 4000km. .

good night guys .. I enjoy that I'm on vacation (thank god) haha, and decided to tune the valves to pcx, because they could already hear ..
when disassembling I saw that the head did not look good, so I will have it reset with a small pass, will take yuminashi precessive springs, joints and seals all new, as the kit is already about 25,000km, I will assemble piston kit and new segments because they don't seem to me very well ...

is assemble a new gasket kit, head rectification and looks like new ..
the 70kh a day sometimes giving 145 / 150kh doesn't give the engine health ... hahaha

I'd suspect it's been running vastly over rich but have you seen the exhaust valve? Running hotter than you'd expect given the overall carbon build up and wet look of the combustion chamber.
Messsed around with without sorting the fuelling? Exhaust valve too tight. Aftermarket exhaust?

good must be the injection box, which is debiting with a lot of gasoline.
Besides, I need to tune valves.
will take new piston kit, head readjustment, and clean up the cylinder, new gasket kit and let's see what happens.
because I think the injector is too much for the original intake butterfly ..

I'm still waiting for the piston kit from Thailand. 1 month stopped and i miss my walk with pcx .. yamaha maxster spends his life stopped but now that pcx is "sick" he has been doing this journey every day 70kh a day with a lot of rain and very cold ... the truth is that i had already gotten used to pcx, with the visor, with the urban toucan, and with heated fists ... back pcx you are forgiven..lol

Hi guys. my stuff arrived a little while ago .. lol .. i have almost closed the engine, i still need to tune the valves and mount the radiator..more tomorrow ..lol however i gave a painting on the power booster inertia ... some of the photos .. .

my pcx is back on the road and better than ever ... with the new piston kit and the yuminashi valve springs .. it looks like a rocket .. in the video the malossi inverter has been assembled, for the week i set up the yuminashi.
hi guys, last month it was time to mount new bridgeston battlax tires, meanwhile i took advantage and gave a new paint on the exhaust, metallic black and until i see this hold up well ... lol
we are in the 70 thousand km range and there is nothing to point out ...
