This is the second time I have read of someone putting a large tail box on their bike and then dealing with stability problems. It seems that some of the no-name tail boxes are not tested on the bikes before production. It is possible that the aerodynamics of that box destabilizes the air as it passes over and around the box.

My suggestion would be to test a name brand tail box on your bike to see if it causes the same problem. (The base plate should be universal, so it should not be difficult to swap boxes.) The PCX has gone through some major design changes in the last few years. Some of those changes could affect the aerodynamics. Keep in mind that the newer bikes do not have a wide choice of tail boxes yet, possibly because of that problem.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers
