I saw it engraved on the spoke of the rear wheel.

What does it mean?

Nothing when stationary but when the wheel hits 500 rpm it spells out "red ones ARE fastest"

Weird mine says, "JK, Blue ones are faster" when I'm going over 75mph.

I'm guessing here J14M/CXMT2.15 DOT:
J14M: diameter of the rim
CXMT2.15: width of the rim
DOT: abbreviation for Department Of Transportation an US agency

Hmmm....I guess it changed. Mine, being a 2013 model, does say, "red ones ARE fastest". I think previously it said "white ones ARE fastest". Then the 2013 model came along.
