Hi. Been around a while. Haven’t checked in much. Still riding the 2016 PCX and the 2016 Forza.
Is there an tire option at all that gives better traction on packed gravel roads or unimproved roads such as what is found in state forests?
Something similar to what could be found on a dual sport KLR or similar used primarily for asphalt and occasional off road?
Thanks

Michelin City Grip. City Grip 2 should be even better. The City Grip 2 has a "M+S" on it.
Assembled from the factory on the 2018-2020 models and exactly the requirements mentioned.

Re: Dual sport tire option?
You can probably check out the tires that comes on the ADV 150. The island tread designed tires are suppose to handle better on unpaved roads.
City grips should be ok as well. It has deep treads that can cut through some of the mud.
My current Angel City Scooter tires aren't too good in mud. Very slip and slide on even light mud, but they weren't really designed for mud.

Re: Dual sport tire option?
Is the City Grip 2 available in a 100/80-14. That's the standard size for the front on my 2019 PCX150 but I can't find that size on the Michelin website. If not, what is a suitable alternative size? Thanks!
