Meter Cover Woes Pcx 150

Post by PCXWAX »

Fellow PCXers:

I have asked before, and I didn’t get a lot of traffic on the topic. Maybe it was overlooked, so I’m hoping a revival of the issue might spark some interest.

My meter cover on the 16’ PCX 150 is not sitting/snapping into place correctly. I had a panel replaced by the dealer, and they put it back together again, but truly, this problem persisted before that. I can’t figure out a solution without taking this whole bike apart, something I’m not going to do. I’ve tried putting black tape over the areas that pop up, but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas? Any PCX owners have this problem? What has worked if so?

Any help is appreciated!!

Truly cannot believe I haven’t gotten anything from anyone. Can anyone please steer me in the right direction?

Seems like you need to take things apart regardless. Start digging in.
