Road Trip
So, popped to Avignon on the Lambretta. 1600 miles, several serious incidents but an absolute scream.

Beautiful!
That's a lot of miles to put on a Lammy in one go. What failures did you encounter (I'd imagine a few at least

Re: Road Trip
Failures? Not many. Back wheel fell off, carb manifold rubber split, gear cable snapped, large crack in exhaust u-bend, lost a circlip from gear linkage, had to replace the rear tyre. Nothing a bit of blood, sweat and cable ties wouldn't fix.
It's all part of the fun of owning a classic vehicle.

So thats a reliable trip for an Italian Scoot, I guess! Do you do daily commutes on it too?

Re: Road Trip
Daily commutes? Of course. Once a month if the weather is fine and there's a gentle southerly breeze. Only in July. On a Friday.
