In the USA, the best brand for a carrier is Versahaul. You can get them in stores locally for $350+, but they'll last a lifetime.
You can find cheaper ones elsewhere online, I've ordered from these folks before:

It's a good carrier, the pcx fits nicely. It only has one minor problem... The knobs are plastic. Two of them broke the first time i used it. They are easily replaced with better knobs from the hardware store though.
I wrote up a full review on the harbor freight website.
I also noticed my local walmart has an all steel carrier in store. I don't know anything about it though.
Also read maddiedog's how-to. It has excellent tips for securing the bike.
