Has anyone tried transporting a half set of clubs on their scoot ?
I need to get a half bag probably like this one http://www.decathlon.co.uk/inesis-701-h ... 70807.html
but I'm just wondering if its do-able ride with that on your back?

Re: Golf Bags...
I've ridden with a whole set. I have a nice set of Taylor Made's, in a backpack-type bag similar to the linked one. I rode about 20 miles to the course and back, it was fine under 30mph, but above then, the aerodynamics were sketchy. Any breeze would make my body move separately from the bike. I don't advise it and won't do it again.
Currently ride: Nothing right now - mostly mountain biking with my boys until they're old enough to ride
Previously rides: 2011 Honda PCX 125, 2005 V-Strom DL650, 1974 Vespa Ciao, 2011 Honda PCX 170 (tons of mods - takegawa 170cc big bore kit, gears, etc), 1996 Honda Nighthawk 250, 1987 Honda Spree, 2000 KTM 125SX, 2003 Honda Silverwing, 2007 Genuine Buddy 125, 1998 Honda PC800, 2008 Buddy 125 (white), 2008 Buddy 125 (red), 2001 Honda Reflex, 1987 Honda Elite, 1988 Honda Spree, 2007 Yamaha Vino, 2007 Honda Metro, 2x 125cc pure-chinesium dirt bikes

Come on guys, a set of golf clubs shouldn't be that bad ... this guy even has time to text.
Seriously though, Maddie offers good advice.

Re: Golf Bags...
Not advising it either....."BUT".....RIVCO makes a Motorcycle Carrier for Golf Clubs, and I've seen it adapted here to a PCX125, a Silver Wing 600, and a Kimco 500.......I've never ridden any of Them, but see em' at the Scenic View Golf Course sometimes as I ride by sometimes on Sunday mornings (I'm not a golfer).....

Re: Golf Bags...
Way back in the mists of time my dad and his pal used to go on golf trips on a Norton Dominator.
Both sets of clubs were lashed to a caddy car and my dad's job was to pull it along behind the bike.

Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong
