Get the PCX in 3-4 weeks time, so I'll have to make do with these until then

According to your list of other bikes there's only one bike worth looking at, but no picture

Re: My other rides
Knowing you have typically ridden bigger motorcycles, it will be interesting to hear your perspective once you have ridden the PCX. Hopefully you will be just as pleased as most of the others are who have done likewise.

Re: My other rides
Are they all on the road at the same time? Here in the US, at least in my state, I would be buried in insurance costs.
Looks like fun, though. A bike for every mood (except.. don't you need a cruiser...?)

On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

Oh but I have.
Twas the most enjoyable thing to ride, I used to get up at 5am on Sunday mornings to go and thrash the nuts off it on empty roads.

Re: My other rides
I had a c70 about 25 years ago. 49 mph and no faster down the biggest hill in the area. It only cost me a tenner with a broken timing chain, fixed it used it for a while always at WOT and expired again.

Re: My other rides
Of course, the first picture was around 1986, the second 2 were round 79-80, when the bike was new. I bought the bike new in Aug 79, possibly the last one sold in the UK.gn2 wrote:Obviously that would be the Ducati.
Done about 36000 miles on it, without any major problems. Not bad for a 70's Ducati, if you believe what you read.

Looks like fun, though. A bike for every mood (except.. don't you need a cruiser...?). WR 250 damaged awaiting repair. Insurance is not too bad as here you can get reasonable multibike policies.

If it's Carole Nash you can add second cars to the insurance too. I think it's called a 6 wheeler policy. Saved me some money

Bikes always look their best when the new owner is riding off on them

Last time I asked about the six wheel policy they told me it didn't apply to 125s.
