Dowco or Nelson Rigg Cover? Other? Size?

I've tried searching, but apparently search won't search on "cover"--too common of a word.

I'm trying to determine a good cover and size for my 150. Mostly need sun protection and like the Nelson Rigg "UV2000" half covers I've had for my FZ1 and FJR. The Dowco scooter cover looks good for the price, but I've read conflicting reports on size.

My PCX150 may at some point have a taller windshield and top box. Found the Dowco size chart, which doesn't list the PCX, but has the Kymco people series at a "Large".

Any suggestions on cover and size? Thanks.

I ordered the large Dowco 50012-00 from Amazon, and it fits fine, but I don't think it offers any protection other than from debris. Highly doubt it's rain or UV proof. Probably worth $2. But it fits and should accommodate a rear trunk.

A medium generic wal-mart cover does not fit the PCX, I had to use a large.

Is that because of your tall giving screen? I'm surprised even the large cover went over that

I bought the medium dowco scooter cover at first based on a review that it would fit but it DOES NOT. I had to return it for a large. I don't have a windshield or top box. The large fits snug. There might be room for a medium windshield but not a tall one and there is no room for a top box. Get the XL if you want to fit a tall windshield or top box.

Yeah. I've tried them as condoms and had to use the large too

I have a Dowco large cover, given to me by a friend who had an extra. It fits my PCX perfectly, and I have the Givi D322 screen and a Givi box.

Hey Fred, if you go to my post: looking for a scooter cover, you can get an idea of how the Dowco XL will fit. I have a large GIVI screen on the front and a GIVI box on the back.
