Hello Guys! nice to meet you all, I am 23 years old and I've been thinking on buying a scooter lately since I tend to move a lot in the city and it is better then a car for insurance cost and parking spaces.
I was wondering if you guys could help me choose, my options are a kymco agility city (Not very excited about buying an uknown brand, the reviews I've seen seem a little bit like a russian roulette.. a good one, a bad one, a good one, a bad one, etc...)
The other option is a peugeot tweet 125, wich seems nice and has double disk brake.
and the other option is an honda pcx.
I've never had scooters but I've been riding bicicles for years so I don't think it will be too hard for me to learn.
From what I've read about the pcx is that the drum brake makes it a little bit hard to brake, is that true? I've read that in wet floor you are most likely to fall for sure because of the wheels. The second I saw this bike I was in love, and I know it is a little bit more expensive then the other ones but Honda is a great brand. Thank you all for your help.
Regards!

After learning about the center stand issues on the 125's I am hesitant, however if you only use the side stand you should be allright. Past that the PCX wins over the other two hands down in my opinion.

I think the 125 esp has the strengthened mainstand so will be okay if it's this model

Kymco Agility City is a large wheel air cool job, very reliable if a little slow.
Not an unknown brand at all, Kymco are a long established manufacturer with an excellent reputation.
Peugeot Tweet is built in China, wouldn't touch one with a barge pole.
You seem misinformed about wheels.
Compared to the 14" ones on the PCX 16" ones will only be marginally better over bumps and holes, handling and grip is largely down to chassis desgn and what tyres are fitted.
The PCX has excellent handling and the standard IRC tyres are perfectly OK, even in the wet on cold diesely roundabouts in the UK.

Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong
Re: New Scooter User
great guys, thank you so much for the help! I guess I will try the pcx and the agility city and only then I could choose.
