I love the all black color scheme. If that option was available in he US, that is probably the color I would have chosen. But I got the red and love it :-)

The grey one that I've seen was the boring, invisible kind of grey. I'm not particularly fond of the black (although I like it better than the grey), but all we get here is the black, grey and white. No love for the striking red
At the showroom they had both black and grey. However the grey is more silver than grey and pretty light colour. Gun metal grey is a deeper grey. The silver grey pcx is actually pretty close to my car colour. Not a colour I dislike I just am not keen on it on the pcx. Everyone is different and good to have choices even if limited.
It stinks that the colors vary so much by region... Very strange that only a few colors are offered in each market but as a whole there are actually a lot of choices--you just have a hard time of accessing all of the colors.
I've seen people selling new plastics on ebay... I figured if I ever wanted to change the color, i could source black plastics for 3-400 bucks.. Might be cheaper than painting, and easier.

international shipping? But its probably still cheaper than buying new ones!
