Re: Smashed up front end
thanks for the pics.
Do you know what the insurance will offer for the wreck, can you buy it back(looks like an easy fix).
Headlight frame is probably bent... I don't think the main frame would be bent?

Dealer said 3600 in damages. Has 250 miles on it hoping to get my money back for a new one

Glad everything worked out. Maybe you should think of taking a rider safety course. No sarcasm meant...

Find out from your insurance company about it's plans for disposal. It would be a great buy for parts. The price the dealer gave you is what they need to charge to pay for their overhead. A DIY person would love to fix it... (like me) It will probably land in an auction somewhere...

part that bish out! probably get some good ends on the engine, with harness and fuel pump to the ruckus guys. Also maybe one of the members would be willing to buy the engine for a good price. "Sellers Sell!"

Re: Smashed up front end
I can't believe that it's totaled. I was in an accident and they have to replace almost the whole right side, put one mirror, a brake lever and rear turn signal. My parts are $250.00 with labor it came up to $711. I have about 750 miles on it. Although I went down going 30 mph I didn't bend the frame. That must be why they totaled it.
