The new PCX, 2014 model.
Dear All,
My name is Rithy, from Cambodia. I'm very glad to join this forum.
I have a plan to buy a scooter, PCX is my first choice. However I feel worry if I decide to get it now and few months later, there is a new model and more seriously if the new bike say 2014 model come with completely new body style!
Kindly advise about this! Is there a new PCX model soon or even with the new body?
Thanks you.
Rithy

There will not be any changes whatsoever.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

The only thing likely to be new for the 2014 model year will be the price.

2010 Honda PCX 125 in Thailand (White) - "White Lightning" Sold in Sept 2017
2009 Yamaha Majesty YP400 in USA (Metalic Titanium) - "The Throne" Sold in June 2020

I think is overcovering any cent I payed for PCX150-2013; I am happy that I made the right choice buying Honda PCX.
I think willn't be new models some next years...maybe will be some minors modifications. It is selling very well as it is, so no need to spend more by Honda.

If Honda decide on a new model I would like to see a clock, and a deeper saddle without the "Arsekiller" hump.
Lots of guys and girls here in Thailand like to modify, so slight style changes would not make much difference.

Sounds like a "Dear Honda" thread will be coming along
can't hurt to try. Honda may pop in, one never knows, do one?
If so, Please add these to your thread list: Louder horn, even stronger mounting area for main (center) stand and yeah...those Custom side cases some of us have longed for (with hardware and of course scoot mounting points). Ummm, what else?
