Here is a set up I made. I purchased the box from the hardware store, then added axle, hitch, and lights.
I have pulled this on my Goldwings, Silverwings, and Burgman 650. A man in Kingsport Tn built the hitch and even towed on his Helix 250.
Total cost was $75 for trailer, $150 for custom hitch made on scooter, and free inspection to get licensed.
It will work on the Forza, but may be a bit heavy for the PCX, BUT you could build one lighter for the PCX.
