I did this vid for those considering speaker or sound systems for their scoot.
It is not specifically for the PCX, but the rider. I was looking for such reviews myself a month ago in considering a sound system for my PCX, before i encountered this. So i hope it helps those who might not want to consider an external system.
p.s. i made a mistake in the installation as you'd see the cable running down the right side. It should be on the left so that you could make volume adjustments with your left hand whilst throttling with your right. And, upon use, the cable length is perfectly fine for my height - 1.69m.

What i like about it is that even though the speakers are apart from your ears, the sound isn't compromised at all. In fact, you get a kind of 'circumaural' sound with more clarity than i would expect from speakers/headphones of this price range. Yes, it is a Qwest Shoei 'bloodflow' helmet.
Oh yeah man. Enough bass. Gotta have it for Kool & the Gang's funk. About the music, since you're obviously a person of taste ....just ordered a 3LP Bob James vinyl Boxset from Amazon, and will be ripping it for playback on my ipod via these speakers on my ride. That's certainly going to add the 'kool' to my ride.

I saw them in concert years back with my boogie-down friends. Dance? All night long! A performance to remember! You know Cher's song, "If I could turn back Time?" Ohhh.....sometimes I truly wish (pause)
.....okay, those Are Really nice speakers but a wee bit costly. Better to ask Jolly ol' Nick (page 2 now started )

EWF? Of course! I think i've got almost all their records! The afro-am artistes back then really had the 'soul thang' going. I absolutely love the 70s sound over the 80s even though the latter was 'my time'. But i got lots of exposure to the 70s stuff as a kid, and that seemed much more of substance than the 80s stuff. You're real lucky to have seen them in concert. I went to see Depeche Mode and Pet Shop Boys recently at the 02, but i rather prefer the 70s stuff.
Oh man, way off topic. Um, better think of something on-topic to say....ummm ....well, the negative thing about the speakers is that the wire connection to the speakers makes one wonder if it is going to be pulled off if tugged too hard. Alright, on-topic now. Whew!
