Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
Because so much of this info gets buried...let's try to keep this simple. Remember to only list mods that may affect speed (gearing/variator changes, exhausts, windscreens, rider weight, cargo boxes, etc). Remember to list your current mileage too and list any pertinent details, like belt mileage.
I'll start:
2013 PCX150, 150lb rider, NCY Variator kit, 1100 miles on bike/belt, Sea Level in San Diego, Ca.
Top Speed (rev limited) 72.5mph can be acheived on a flat while drafting or in a tuck, or while sitting straight up going down a slight decline (1-2%)

2013 USA PCX150 9,000 miles on original belt with 12 gram sliders, drilled exhaust, tipped back Givi short screen and 30 liter trunk. 69 mph , 111 kph honest, flat road repeatable top speed. Seat hump removed full tuck. A PCX will do 160 mph if you throw it over a cliff.

Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
I have a stock (no mods) Australian 2013 PCX150, with 500 km on the odo. I am 170 cm (5' 7"), 67 kg (148 lbs).
Top speed (throttle open) on flat, smooth motorway at 30 m a.s.l. was 109 kph (67.7 mph, as measured by GPS) in a normal sitting position. Note: The PCX speedo was over-reading at 118 kph (73.3 mph). If I'd crouched I may have gotten another few kph out of it.
So, I'd say that a full throttle speed of 110 kph is a reasonable estimate. Suits me for the majority of the riding I do (typically 60 to 90 kph zones). If I start doing more touring (probable, when I move interstate in a year or so), then I'll need to get a faster bike (i.e., one that is comfortable at sitting on 110 kph, not doing that at the rev limit).

White 2013 PCX150 -- lovin' it, but also thinking about a NC750D Integra upgrade in late 2014! We'll see...

Is that measured by gps or speedometer?Mgalutia88 wrote:Pcx 150 with 3,000 miles, givi 322, 170lb rider, NCY drive face and variator with 13g rollers, 75 mph on flat in upright position, 77 mph down hill.

Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
86.25mph or 138km/h speedo shown, take off 9% over reading to get the real speed.
This speed was achieved with both Daytona and Takegawa vario using AdvancePro outer pulley, sliders,Kitaco gear up,Kitaco buble screen,Takegawa exhaust,170cc,31mm throttle,85kg,1.85m tall
Im cruising at 62mph (real speed) or 69mph speedo shown at only 8000rpm...With current screen no problem to see the speedo showing 120-125kmh but need a slight tuck to keep going further which Givi screen helps alot in that zone afterwards (no tucks)...

Wingz that's speedo, however I'm on a US market PCX150 and my speedo is dead on at 70mph according to at least three cars. Also dead on at 35mph according to radar. I have no gps to verify.
Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
No mods other than the smaller Givi windscreen
2013 PCX150 with 500 miles
Top speed verified with a Garmin 550 is 69.4 mph on many occasions
that's all I get out of her

2011 Honda PCX 125.
Stock: Max speed / max cruising speed 55mph, limited. Hits it like a brick wall.
Modded: Takegawa variator, stock weights. Stock clutch. Removed the air snorkel. Limiter kicks in at about 72mph, which I can only hit downhill or slipstreaming. I can cruise steadily at 69mph.

Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
Was that on a 125 or a 150?? I want to put a Yuminashi variator and reenforced belt on our 150, hoping to top out at around 75 or 80 mph true. Think it will work?
