Re: Aftermaket front mask doesn't fixed
The size was not corrected so it doesn't fixed with a screw properly, therefore a gaps + holes on the top RH corner and at the end part of the mask .

Re: Aftermaket front mask doesn't fixed
It might be just an ill fitting part. I have seen aftermarket body parts for cars that don't fit well. The time to rework them sometimes doesn't justify the cheaper price. I always prefer original parts if available because they're guaranteed to be correct.

On their website under "returns" it says "To report a product defect or if the wrong item was received please contact Customer Support." I'd call them and tell them it doesn't fit. Not even close.

Also, I would right a short review for the product on their website.
eg: This mask does not fit the PCX. I emailed Bikerbits and they did not respond. Very disappointing.

Re: Aftermaket front mask doesn't fixed
I had tried to contact them such email and phone as well still no luck . I am living Australia, can't keep call overseas.
The part and delivery cost me $155. AUD and now useless
Before I order this part, I was asked them and provided a full details of my PCX 125.
To all ,
Please be aware with this particular part from Bikerbits website. It doesn't fixed with 2011 Honda PCX125 model. In general, disappointing with their products and customer service.
Thanks

Hi All,
After 3 days Bikerbits responded to my email and really piss me off. This is not acceptable and why we're buying rubbish products from them ? For me persona, they're really a robber.
I would NOT recommend anyone out there touch their products at all. this is scam
Here is the email from Bikerbits:
Hi Tony,
Thanks for the photos. It looks like it is not mounted properly. Is it bolted on already? We will query the matter with the suppliers this week and send you a reply as soon as possible.
Kind regards
Emmet

Not sure it's a scam. Email doesn't seem that bad. Is it fitted properly?

Re: Aftermaket front mask doesn't fixed
Got any front facing pics ? and just mask pics of the top and bottom?
Is it hitting something? like the stock windscreen mounts?
How does it connect?
Is the mask sitting far enough back? It looks like the same gaps in the bikerbits pic.
try trimming it with a Dremel tool if all else fails.
