If the HISS light works as per previous Hondas then it should flash once key is removed. Is this your collective experience ?
I'm taking it tomorrow for LEDs to be fitted so will ask my dealer to check it out.

The flashing is user selectable.
From the manual (P98):
"The HISS indicator starts flashing every 2
seconds for 24 hours after the ignition switch is
turned OFF. To prevent or to restore the HISS
indicator flashing:
1. With the ignition switch ON, press the MODE
button (2 P. 20) to select the odometer.
2 P. 21
2. Press and hold the MODE button for 2
seconds or more.
u The HISS indicator flashes once.
3. Turn the ignition switch OFF."
