New Owner and New PCX 150 (Black)
Hi,
My name is Nate, and I'm a proud owner of a Honda pcx 150, 2013. I bought it in June and have been loving this thing! It's my first scooter, and I cannot believe what a dream it is to ride.
Cheers!

Welcome and thanks for the beautiful photos. You are quite impressive, riding without gloves with snow in the picture.

Thank you for the welcome. I wouldn't say that it's impressive to ride without gloves, but whatever.GeezyRider wrote:Welcome and thanks for the beautiful photos. You are quite impressive, riding without gloves with snow in the picture.

Welcome to hondapcx.org. Thanks for sharing the pictures. The chair lift in the the last picture looks like it would make a pretty cool oversized box for your PCX.

Indeed, very nice sceneries with variety of views. I have only country roads with forests around them
PS: You can safely put your helmet on the mirror. It is built for it and there won't be a chance that helmet will fall down on the ground.

Nate:
Great looking scoot. Got a question about riding at altitude. I'm about to move to Grand Junction, Colorado just to the south and east of you. 4500 or so feet. Thinking about getting a PCX150. How does your scooter perform at at altitude?
Thanks

I'm not Nate, but I can answer your question.JBGHEAT wrote:Nate:

The PCX is fuel-injected, not carberated, so the ECU handles adjusting fuel/air mix seamlessly with altitude. I ride the Cherohala Skyway (http://www.cherohala.org/) at least yearly, and my PCX 125 has no issues hauling ass uphills there at 50+ mph. The website for the Skyway says the max altitude there is 5400 feet, so you should be more than fine.
