inner panel for removal of front turn signals in US

does anybody know where i need to go to get the panel that just goes in place of the signal stocks or do the other counties just have a rubber block that goes over it.

It's a different grey plastic panel that the glovebox is part of. The ROW (rest of world) models panel goes all the way to the corner. Not sure where to find it. Try power by pcx and bikerbitz to start.
