yes,they supply 4 threaded inserts that hold the screws at the very top of the plate and midway along the plate,kind of like a small rubber threaded rawplug if you like.this because the is no natural place to hold the screw,but there is a hole already there to take the insert, you simply push the insert into the holes ,place the plate into position and screw in the screws provided or in some cases the original ones,as i said took me 5 mins
