I went up to my dealer this past weekend to set up an appointment for the 2,500 mile service, per the manual (and to gawk at other bikes

). The manager wasn't there, but a tech looked at a worksheet and said the second service should be at 4,000 instead. I checked the manual, and it did say 4,000 - in km. I made sure we were both talking miles, and he confirmed we were. He said the manager may have seen enough 150's and other scooters to say there isn't enough difference between 2,500 and 4,000 miles to warrant such a quick turnaround after the 600 mile service, and better to keep his clients saving money with an every-4,000 mile service instead. I'll be calling him tomorrow when he's back to confirm, but does anyone have any thoughts on waiting the extra 1,500 miles for the second service?
My 150 is running great otherwise, so nothing seems to be urgently looked at.
Thanks all!
