Re: My new birthday PCX
I rode on my learners permit for a while. The rules are ride with another person, no passengers and no riding at night. Took to the skills test and bypassed the motorcycle course. Got my cycle endorsement on my licence. Now I can ride a motorcycle and have no idea how.
Only know about scooters.

Well ive only been old enough to ride one a week so not that lazy
I have done CBT which allows me to ride for 2 years on L plates, no passengers, no motorways. Other wise you can ride asking as you have your L plates on

With my learner's permit, I could go anywhere. Bummer part was not being allowed at night which gave me the incentive to get the cycle endorsement before summer arrived.

That is a very good incentive, I'd be stuffed without night riding
