Yup, another guy hooked on these little beasts!
Hi Everyone,
I'm from Montreal, Québec Canada and I bought my 2013 PCX150 early July and haven't looked back. You might not be aware, but after reading each and every posts on the board a couple of times before buying and since then, I feel I know most of you personally!
After a week of seeing me enjoying myself (couldn't keep the smile off my face), my wife decided to join me and is also a proud owner of the exact same bike!
After carefully reading all your input, here are the mods (cosmetics/bling) I've done to the bike
1) PUIG 6553n stickers (http://www.puigusa.com/tuning-bikes/hon ... 313-m3366/) Extreme high quality, way better than I expected. Great look, Dealer freaked out when he saw them.
2) Powerbypcx humpless TYPE1 seat with red seems
3) Canadian tire, bicycle coffee cup holder (http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/sport ... -UHyJV0yUk)
4) clock on order from CLOCKS4BIKES.COM
The wife's PCX got the same cup holder, same clock on order and the Givi b37 blade top box.
We tried different stickers from another supplier and we were very disappointed. We left them off and decided to leave it stock.
We both bought Nolan N33 helmets, (Great buy, very well thought design and very comfortable)
I bought a bike to bike communication system from Shark (http://www.sharkmotorcycleaudio.com/sha ... or-skiing/). I was blown away by the quality for the price paid ($110 delivered for a two helmet set)
With this set we can talk to each other and listen to music on our Iphones via Bluetooth.
After my first tune up after 1000km, my dealears noticed I was riding on my tires with very low pressure. I will have to be on the look-out for this
Already at 1200 km and anxious for my next ride.
Thats it for now! hope to talk to you soon.

His and hers--way to go! Sounds like you're already having lots of fun making the PCX your own.

Too many ex-bikes to list, and, besides, who really cares what we used to own?

Welcome to the forums. I think you are the fourth or fifth his & hers pair we know of, but we only have one his & hers couple with both of them on the forums.

I was interested in the decals you ordered from puigusa, but when I downloaded their brochure it was upside down. Everytime I turned my tablet to look at it correctly, it flipped again! I bet they look good but I guess I would have to stand on my head to install them! :-)) Pictures please...:-)

Welcome, and I would also like to see these stickers! I'm happy to see Spanish companies with successful products!

I agree that they look great, at least on catalogue pictures!

The picture posted by powerpcx is exactly what it looks like. The decals are so thick they remind me of pool liners (they also smell similar when you open the bag). The quality is top notch. It is a shame they didn't make different designs. I would have bought a set for my wife if there was. ( can't get her the same design or else we would look like bobsy twins!)

Thanks Steph, the wife and just love riding on weekends. With the music in our headsets, people who see us dancing at red lights think we are a little light in the loafers!

Re: Yup, another guy hooked on these little beasts!
Wow! Both bikes look great, and the PUIG stickers are superb! The close up picture shows the kind of "texture" of the stickers, and yes, they are really thick and seem really durable
And the humpless seat looks gorgeous! It's the first one that I see in detail, and it seems very well made, with good quality materials
Thanks for the pictures!

Here another picture of the humpless . The quality is very similar to a Honda OEM. I really like it, but my ass still hurts after a while. The greatest addvantage is that I can move up or down freely when my tush starts to complain

Re: Yup, another guy hooked on these little beasts!
Thanks for the new pic! Perhaps the problem with these seats is that they are manufactured thinking about an "average" sized driver, and the ones, like me, a little taller than the average, would need more foam...
Powerbypcx / the manufacturer should offer the seats in "normal", "high" and "low" heights, instead of dozens of colours, stitches, etc...
Given that this model is sold worldwide, with people of every size and weight, it would be an enormous business opportunity... I wish I had the "know how" and equipment to offer these seats...
