A digital copy of the service manual would be an awesome thing to have indeed...

It'd be awesome if a digital copy of the PCX150 2013 service manual fell into my lap! Or does anyone know how to tighten the rear brake lever? It works fantastically, but I just got a new adjustable brake lever and I need to tighten the rear brake line in order for it to work properly. I'm a bit clueless when it comes to this sort of thing!

been reading all the groups posts about service manual for a 2013 honda pcx 125cc, would love to be included in the pm for all attached files...

There is a link somewhere where these manuals are only $30. I got both the 2013 PCX 150 and now Forza 300 for $30 each plus $6 shipping.

Really good price!! I have had a look at the page and haven't found the 2015 (2014 in Europe) manual, but the shipping fee for the older model's manual is just $25, so for those owning the former model is a VERY GOOD option

I have bought PCX Service manual from the same shop, shipping to Europe was 25 $, together it makes 55 $ which is very good price.

It is in A4 format, binding seems to be OK, I have no complaints about the received manual

The UK 2015 PCX 125 service manual is available from dealers and some places on-line, but it is in 2 parts and each costs about £40! (rip-off UK).
I believe the p/n for the '15 addendum is 62KWN50Z (all the changes for the new model but none of the basic engine servicing as that is left to the older manual) and the main shop manual may be p/n 62KWN500 (not sure about this one). The US '15 edition for the PCX 150 has everything in a proper manual for less than the price of the thin amendment in the UK.
To be honest, with all the advice and tutorials on this forum, and many youtube vids, I believe the shop manual is just a dust gather and will rarely if ever be needed. Much of the work it covers needs a good deal of mechanical skill and tools, or access to the engine diagnostic unit - much above most peoples skill level or problems many people will face. Basic servicing is pretty easy on the PCX and even the valve check cover removal and checking is covered here and online.

The 2011 service manual is on sale for U$10.00 at http://www.service-shop-repair-manual.c ... ir-manual/ but they charge U$76.00(!) for international delivery outside USA.

I bought mine from that place and it was £40 inc delivery to UK! They must have put their prices up (this was for a full '15 US manual as I only had the '15 UK supplement which only covered the changes). I have doubts anyone got a pdf emailed to them but if they did - well done. Otherwise you don't need one for almost %100 of servicing you need to do - it's all covered time and again by those that take time and share tutorials and videos with the community - Homie, Maddiedog, others - they've all shown people step by step how to do most things you need to do.

Not sure - it comes with the new keyless ignition and stuff doesn't it? What do you want one for? Honestly, I have them but so much easier to follow the video's which more easily show the clips, and 'gotcha's you need to be aware of. Sometimes the manual is confusing and people's video's and comments advise the correct way to do things. For most people, the vid's are good enough - if you want to strip the bike down and fit engine mod's, well, the manual may help but even then there's video's on doing that - I believe posted here some time ago.
