Instructions for installing the Powebypcx Passenger Backrest

I just received my Passenger Backrest from PowerbyPCX in Thailand. It took 2 weeks exactly from shipment to delivery.The backrest is exactly as pictured on their website and I am satisfied with its construction. No extra charges upon receipt. Now I would appreciate it if someone here can help with installing it. The website says "Mounting Tutorial available upon request". I sent a request to Jeremy and he sent several pictures but no text. I can try it by following the pictures but some instructions with regard to size of holes to drill, where exactly to drill, etc would be helpful.
