YEA! a plug for the C-stand... I like the center stand even if it does weigh down my scooter.SECoda wrote:Those stock parts are real cheap to replace. Don't fret and use the center stand.

sorry to hear this man... stuff happens and hopefully no one hurt.
Someone else might have to answer that... not enough updated websites out there for 2015 products yet so I went with this one until I see one more specific. If you have a huge gouge you might do some current research before setting.Daddy Cool wrote:homie wrote:Yes, ordered some as back up and it looks good but haven't used it, still waiting for a scratch big enough. Is this the same as the 2015 Pearl White?
The panel prices vary from region to region. It's cheaper to get parts from Japan or Thailand than the uk. Shop around, but check the dealer prices to give yourself a reference point. I believe the panel prices in the us are quite good but It obviously depends on postal charges.Daddy Cool wrote:I`m in Cape Town ,South AfricaAlibally wrote:Where are you located Daddy cool?
I don`t think it warrants panel replacement. Hopefully , I can do a touch up.Alibally wrote:The panel prices vary from region to region. It's cheaper to get parts from Japan or Thailand than the uk. Indeed. This is a nice little scooter, but sometimes it's easy to forget it weighs close to 300 lbs. I dropped it at 10 mph and I ended up with a tib/fib fracture in my left leg. There was also a couple of times I lost balance of it while moving it between cars(damned parking spot) and almost had it drag me down too(I weigh close to 200 lbs).gn2 wrote:Hope your daughter is OK...?
Yes she is fine. She was wearing helmet and gloves. She sat on the fuel cap area and moved it forward by accident.gn2 wrote:Hope your daughter is OK...?
Mel hehe... Daddy Cool is the first in South Africa to own a 2015 PCX150, he lives in Hout Bay, Cape TownMel46 wrote:She sat on the fuel cap area? Were you trying to beat the record for number of family members on the bike? I the those people in Southeast Asia have it right now. :-)
The bike was on standing on a the side stand . I had just turned for a moment to ask a passing father where he got his little son`s Hi Viz vest. I turned around when my daughter who was waiting to get on had climbed on and the bike move forward enough to tip. Ironic , as I was trying to maximise her safety by finding a kids Hi Viz vest. It was my fault for taking my eye off her for a second.Mel46 wrote:She sat on the fuel cap area? Were you trying to beat the record for number of family members on the bike?
