A great American color!

Post by fish »

America takes a lot of hits - so it is great that Honda made the Forza this great RED color for the US market! Super lucky to get this color - considering what other countries have to choose from.

Although, white might be nice, too.
But grey?! What the heck color is grey? Some countries didn't get the red - they got grey. Grey is not a color....it's a sour mood, bad weather, a squirrel in hiding - look around a WalMart parking lot at all the colorless grey vehicles for sad people who couldn't decide on a real color - or who just don't care because their vehicle is simply an appliance.

Colors and scooters go together, like rain and Christmas lights.Image

...now watch the grey mooded people come out of the shrubbery..... :-)

So, grey is not a color? & it's for sad people? Who are you anyway? Miley Cyrus? Is this a contest? Let's say it is & you won! You want a lollipop or something? Why Honda chose this color for the leaflet photos? Because it's a sad company...? Seems like you are quite immature.

@DioTiAma - I think you took Fish's comments the wrong way. Fish was exhibiting the excellence of color. Miley Cyrus doesn't come to mind when I think of fish. :D

Dio - Did you take those pics? They are all great, but that first is stunning! It transforms the concept of "grey" into "modern, metallic sophistication".

And on a more practical side, it probably doesn't show dirt, dust, and spots anywhere near as obviously as a red or black one will.

I love the red of my PCX, but find the Forza red just a shade too much orange for my taste. Different strokes for different folks - as always.
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

but please, don't delete anybody, no matter how badly they deserve deleting :)

These are the official leaflet photos taken by a professional assigned by Honda. My color choice was based (among other reasons) upon the things you mentioned above: doesn't show dirt &/or dust or dents or scratches anywhere near as the other colors.

It depends in which part of the capital... Probably was the one that is occupied by the Turks (Northern) for the past 40 years (red is their favorite color, hence their almost all RED flag)!

More beautiful pictures Fish. Looks like you have had some training in your photography. ;)

I don't even think of some of those kinds of shots. (like the sun behind the bike)

I like the red a lot BUT at least other countries get a choice. I so hate when there is only one color to pick from.
