Looking at Valiant's Youtube videos, the 2015s are still very capable of cruising at 50 to 60 mph, which is what is the most important to me.
I'm pretty sure what's happening is that the shorter gearing means you can only hit 64 mph at the rev limit of 9600rpm, where as the 2013 can hit 67 mph at the same rev limit of 9600rpm.
And yes, my PCX can cruise at 50-60 mph quite easily, but I'm not a fan of sticking in the right "slow" lane where you have a ramp merge every 20 seconds, thus my quest for more speed so I can comfortably cruise in the privileged "fast" lane

. I'm also hoping that longer gearing might help improve my fuel economy, as it's stubbornly staying at 83 mpg right now with my usual commute(on the freeway) to my college campus.
