Unfortunately it seems the facility has been removed.

You can still create rules to block specific users from sending you PMs

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't really address what I wanted to do. It's not a big deal, really. I'd just like to make my user experience a little more pleasant, that's all...

The foe option didn't do much, the offending person still appeared in the thread but with their response replaced with a link you could click to view the response.
Sort of defeated the purpose really.

I've added the functionality, as requested.

Click the Profile link under their name and click "Add Foe."
