So I just got my 2015 PCX. Matte black special edition. Its 125cc as they don't offer the 150 here. No need as traffic here never gets above 40mph.

Thanks man. I'll try and post some pics and links to what they are doing with pcx here in Vietnam.Fizzy Rascal wrote:Welcome.

Yeah, even the bike is cheap. 2,700 for the limited edition (which included a factory alarm), vat (sales tax), and registration. I'm in Nha Trang a nice beach area, but business will require me to relocate to either Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang.dkazzed wrote:Welcome friendly person in my parents' motherland! Where in Vietnam? Everything in Vietnam except for imported products is cheap.

Nice! What do you do there? I haven't been to Nha Trang but that's on my list. My mom's from Da Nang and most of her family is still there. My dad is from a little town of Duc Pho about 178km or a 3 hour drive south of Da Nang. Half of his family including my grandmother lives there, while half relocated to Ho Chi Minh City. It's been 5 years since I first and last went, and really want to go back while my grandmother is still alive. We're planning to next year, two weeks in Vietnam and a week in Australia.johnnytraveler wrote:Yeah, even the bike is cheap. 2,700 for the limited edition (which included a factory alarm), vat (sales tax), and registration. I agree. With so many bikes/scooters here in Vietnam, I wanted something a little different, so matte (primer) black was the way to go. Anyway, should make finding touch up paint easyfish wrote:Sorry. Flat black is a nice primer for some real paint. I like to wax my scoots & cars.
But, everybody seems to be going with flat colors.....
To each his own.
I spent some quality time up around Pleiku a few decades ago.
Always amazes me that a scoot will still run after such a soaking!
