There are new rules coming out in January 2013 as well regarding motorcycle classes.

I believe that the difference between an A1 and A2 125 is being removed, hence no need to restrict the eSP to 62.5mph.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong
