Question about skinny tires from a newbie

Hey there!

I have just purchased my very first PCX 150 which I'll be picking up on Friday (hopefully!). So excited!!
Having only ridden now for a couple of months I'm still learning. I noticed the pcx tires are quite skinny and wondered if this would make it easier or harder for a newbie to ride?
We don't have to worry about cobblestone streets where we are, mainly tar roads.

The tyres are the correct size, they are actually much wider than they need to be.
Modern bike tyres are absurdly wide, there's absolutely no need for it, tis but a fashion thing.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong
