Who's running what gram rollers?
I'm thinking of changing out my rollers. Just bought my first Pcx 2013 4800 miles. I'm sure it's due for a roller change. Gonna go dr puller rollers or sliders. Stock is I think 15g haven't weighted them yet. My gy6 ruckus ran great with 11g but not sure if I should minus 1 g & just run straight 14. Any suggestions? Scooter is great so far.

Re: Who's running what gram rollers?
My stock rollers weighed at 16g, replaced with 13g dr pulley sliders - major improv off the line on mine.

How about top speed. Same worse or better?

Re: Who's running what gram rollers?
My factory original rollers weighted in with 16.5gr each. By my periodic service at 4000kms they seemed to develop some flat spots.
Changed to 14gr DrPulley sliders first. Off the line was better a bit, mid range improved significantly and I had a hair more top speed also but somehow did not impress me in general. Also my vario developed a strange rattling noise at idle. Also they seemed to pull around 7200rpm what is quite below the best lower of the 125 PCX.
As I have bought the sliders from fleabay and delivery from HK took some time -and as I follow a topic on forza vario tuning with mixed sliders and rollers I gave it a try. My current setup is 3x11.5gr rollers and 3x14gr sliders. Still not statisfied. It is a bit better than all previously - top end stayed and the scoot reaches 8000 rpm earlier but not right there.
What I ultimately want to achieve is to get the transmission to jump to 7800-8000 rpm right off the start and stay there until all available gearing has been used up and only then enabke to raise it to rev limit.

Re: Who's running what gram rollers?
Ps. I have a malissi multivar 2000 on my shelve which I did not installed yet as I like to play with stuff to perfect them for my application or preference. Planning to install it with the new big bore kit what already sits beside it. However as that takes a bit more time and I have to get my workshop ready first in the garage where I have to finish the roofing before sad weather kicks in - it is postponed for later. A lot of dependencies.

2013 PCX150. 12gm sliders. Revlimits at 78 mph on the stand and 72 mph on the road if I have a tail wind. Pulls at 7,900 rpm on hard accel.

Anyone know the rpm sweet spot? 7500 - 8000. That's just my guess. I'll have to hook up my tach & see where I'm at. I might just try some 13g first.

Re: Who's running what gram rollers?
power peak is 8,000-8,300. Running 12 gm sliders at 8,000 won't hurt fuel economy much since they still settle down and cruise at lower rpm when not accelerating.

Thank you for the rpm sweet spot. 12 g sound pretty good then & im sure acceleration in going to be great.

Re: Who's running what gram rollers?
I have 13gm rollers on mine and love them. Not much difference in top end, maybe a couple of mph, but acceleration is great.

I've got 13g Dr pulley on my pcx 125. Acceleration is much better no difference to the top speed. Mpg almost the same.
