Similar incident, assault using vehicle as a weapon, driver jailed for 17 months.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Interestingly, the driver in the original video in this thread has been jailed for two years in the past. He evidently has issues...and a record.

He has a nice rap sheet using a vehicle criminally. Maybe he will lose his license permanently.
