How to check and to fill the water and the oil in pcx125

Hello all,

I'm new to Motorcycles/scooters, was driving a car 10 years and I bought 2 weeks ago pcx 125.
I will be glad to understand about the oil and water fill.

How often i need to check the oil and water?
How do i fill them?
Where they are located? :S

Sorry of it sound stupid lol but i really don't understand nothing about this world...

Coolant tank is under the seat page 27 and the oil is the RHS of the engine page 31.
