Got myself a pair of Draper 450mm tyre levers today, just the job for getting my new City Grips on.

Tire levers are on our list of tools to buy too. I see that Draper isn't easily available in the US, but let us know how installation goes. Will you do the balancing too?

The rear City Grip tyre went on very easily with the new levers, but being tubeless I had to get a local garage to use their compressor to blow the tyre up and seat it on the rim.
Neither the original tyre or the second tyre needed any balance weights but if I feel this third tyre needs some balancing I will stick Dyna Beads in it.

It's possible to use aerosol gas to do the job but this pyrotechnic method is not without some risks...

gn2, any impressions on the City Grips yet now they are run in a bit? Notice any change or much the same as stock IRC's?
My rear is starting to get down so thinking either City Grips or Pirelli Diablo (10 bucks more).

I still have the IRC front which now has over 12,000 miles on with a City Grip rear.
The combination works surprisingly well.
There is much less wiggle over surface joins, white lines and the like than with the old worn IRC rear tyre.
It's difficult to compare like for like because its a good while since the IRC was new.
As it is I would have no hesitation recommending the 100/90-14 City Grip rear for the PCX.
Use the ten bucks for gas
The combination works surprisingly well.

Excellent. Think it may be City Grips then.
