Can anyone confirm that a Malossi #1415335 Air Filter is a replacement for a 2014 NSS30 OEM Air Filter. We've ordered the Malossi and the filter element is approximately half the size of the OEM element (123mm X 60mm vs 209mm X 65mm)? The filter body is the same size & configuration as the Honda one though. Some'n ain't right.

It was a convoluted series of internet contacts & transactions, but ultimately "...that's what [the book] calls for". Can't believe that a filter less than half size of the OEM filter will allow anywhere near enough air flow to adequately supply the intake system.you you wrote:Check with who you bought/ordered it from?

Perhaps buy a proper one from a reputable supplier who has read the "book"
What exactly are you wanting to achieve from a filter replacement? Honda have probably made a reasonable job of the original fitment.
